Conditioning

I go to gym 3x a week. 3 hours each time. I used to work out at home but I just can't find the time. Do you think I need more conditioning?

If yes, then how much/what kind of conditioning should I do? And should I do it on the days I already go to gym? Or just weekends? Or....?

I'm sure your workout schedule is just fine. However, working a few extra press handstands never hurt anyone.
