So i’m a high school gymnast who is doing xcel diamond for AAU.
ive never done clear hips ever, but i have a cast to handstand. In the requirements it says that you need to have a CLEAR SUPPORT SKLL 45 degrees from vertical. does that mean i need a clearhip 45 from handstand? or does a cast to handstand fulfill that requirement??
i would do
kip
squat on
kip
kip
cast to handstand
giant
giant
layout flyaway.
Is this 10.0 SV routine or no because i don't have a clearhip.
