My oldest dd's coach has emailed a copy of the range and conditioning requirements to all the parents to read and try and encourage their child to practice at home (both boys and girls). This is a mixed disability squad that train at the same time but is split into boys and girls (they have a coach for each) after warm ups.

We have been given the range and conditioning for the boys with deductions beside them and the range and conditioning for the girls with no deductions beside them. Would it be possible for one of the coaches from the uk to highlight some basic deductions for us we can't ask her coaches for the basic deductions as dd hasn't got gym until late next week and we only have 2 weeks left to practice (4 sessions) before doing the grades. I can sent one of you a copy of dd's range and conditioning if you can help.

Thank you
