    My dd is ndp2 also and she does 6 hours a week over 3 days. I think it's been mentioned here before of 4-6 hours being average for ndp2. Is it feasible to change gyms?

    early vs late starts

    My DD's states (aus) was last week, at 4 on a school night -_- we live an hour from the venue. The poor mite didn't get to bed until 9. I much prefer early starts!

    It's a bit longer now, but it doesn't bother her as much as a ponytail! I make them shorter by hiding hair under the scrunchy!

    That's what I thought, DD just turned 9 and has her states tomorrow then she moves to ndp2, I have seen how different a ndp2 routine is compared to a idp2 routine. She would need at least another year of training to be able to come close to competing. Kudos to the kids who have the skills and...

    Parents Anyone else not allowed to watch?

    We aren't allowed to. There was cgm drama a while back which had caused a ban on team parents from watching. We can only watch one session at the end of term for the last 15 minutes.
