We have had a Springfree Trampoline for 2.5 years now and we love it. It can stay up all year round, even our harsh winters, and it is still as good as the day we got it. They are more expensive than your average trampoline but well worth it. My daughter is 9 years old in the Aspire program here...
After an average season in a new level last season, my daughter has been performing exceptionally well after being bumped to a new level again this year. I was especially proud of her performance at Gymnix, where she showed a lot of poise and focus competing on a huge stage for the first time...
My daughter was gearing up for her first competition season at 7 years old when she broke her arm learning back handspring. One of the older competitive girls had done the same thing a few years earlier and shared her pictures with us to show that it turned out alright. My daughter got her cast...

Hah, we just had our first competition and went all the way to Buffalo for it. It was great teambuilding for my daughter but also for me as I got a chance to meet the other dads and bond with them.
Our gym has a 30 minute policy where we can watch for 30 minutes at the start and also at the end of practice, which someone mentioned earlier is just warm up and cool down anyway. Coming from a hockey/baseball background I am all for this and think it does wonders for the kids independence and...
Hello! I just found out about this forum yesterday and have been reading through the threads all day today. My daughter, who just turned 7 last week, started gymnastics in September and is now training with the competitive team at our local club. My background is in competitive baseball and...
