    Los Angeles gyms reopening?

    Tuesday I’m going back to gym! Groups have been cut short though and hours to. I went from 16 hours a week to 6. We will still also continue zoom workouts

    Schedules

    I’m starting gymnastics on this Tuesday. For now it’s 2 days a week with only 6 hours total. I have Tuesday and Friday practices for 3 hours. Groups have been cut short and only 2 groups practice at the same time. So no more than 20 people are in the gym at the same time.

    Anyone else think that COVID brought the end of gym for your gymnast?

    I think once the gym opens up see how she reacts about it. If she still shows signs of not enjoying it, talk to her about it. She just might not want to talk about cause she doesn't disappoint anyone.

    conditioning plans?

    I'm still not in the gym yet and I've been getting kinda bored with a lot of the same conditioning. Anyone have any conditioning or circuits they recommend to stay in shape?

    WAG hips popping in middle splits

    Over quarantine, I've been trying to get more flexible because I struggle in that area. Splits have been fine but my middle splits or straddle is really bad. Whenever I try to stretch them my hips pop. Is this normal? And if it is not, what are some good stretches to do to improve this?
