    Okay so I've stuck about ten aerials and they are extremely new to me, so everyone wAs impressed On how quickly I got it.     Annoying/tiring conditioning drills

    100 push up reaches. Idk if you do these but it's when you do a push up and touch your nose to the ground then with one arm reach up! I hate them!
