L6 and 1st year L7s = 16 hrs/wk 2nd year L7s and L8-10 = 20 hrs/wk

The contract from the venue mentions it. We are thinking it is for music played during warm ups and not the floor music for routines.

Wondering if anyone’s gym has hosted their own meet in an outside venue and been required to obtain a music license. This is the first time our gym has encountered this after hosting several meets. Any information including cost would be greatly appreciated- thanks :)

The Indy Convention Center has it on their event calendar on their website for May 17-19. No confirmation from USAG yet though.

Our coaches set the order of Gymnasts at all meets except state & regionals where the order is already predetermined. We mostly compete in Region 5.

My DD’s X-ray was negative- MRI showed the bilateral L5 fractures.

I wish more gyms would follow your gym’s lead and set a curfew. Too many times have I had to ask gymmasts who were running up & down hotel hallways yelling & sometimes knocking on random doors after 11pm to please be quiet and respect other guests who either had an 8am session or were not even...

Curious about these braces used in training- coaches are always telling DD her “head is out” on vault and some tumbling. Anyone have a picture of the neck brace used or a link to the brace used? Thanks
