    WAG Recruiting instagram

I would say Freshman year is a good time to start too. Depending on what division a gymnast is interested in, would dictate what level to start at. For example, most division 1 schools would be looking at girls who have 10.0 or 10.1 start values and level 10 skills.

This year I am most excited to see my oldest daughter's new floor routine! It is her fist year at level 10 and she is coming off of a "most entertaining" floor routine win from level 9 Easterns last season. She pours her heart and soul into floor and I am amazed every time I watch her...

    WAG Vagus Nerve

My DD has been triggering a vagus nerve response while doing some of her tumbling passes and vault. It is especially bad punching out of front layouts. She says it is really scary because she starts to feel like its hard to breathe then her heart starts beating hard and her throat gets tight...

    WAG Floor music fiasco.

I really wanted my daughter to use this one, but she chose another piece. It is beautiful and intriguing at the same time with no violin. It would have to be rearranged/cut in order to use it for a floor routine.
