So sad that it ends that way after all that time and effort. Hopefully she finds something she enjoys just as much.

My daughter just turned 15 also! Must be the age, lol. I think mine will grow a little more still, but hopefully not quite as drastic next time. I totally agree with you. They are so tough and this is such a crazy sport to keep up with at this age. Best of luck with your girl! Thanks...

I guess there’s one good thing if they are less prone to injury! Thanks for your reply. Hopefully, there’s hope for my daughter. Best of luck to your daughter!

She got her period about 9 months ago and probably gained about 20-25 pounds in the past year and grew a little taller. I...

    Beam questions

She had to go for the series the second time though, because you can’t do the back walkover 3 times. Best of luck...

For Parents What do You Wish You had Known?

My daughter is 14, competed level 8 last season, training level 9. She has dreams of college gymnastics, like many girls, and we have no idea if that will become a reality or not. Yes, there have been many ups and downs throughout her journey so far but I would 100 percent do it all again no...

For Parents Level 9 routines bars and beam

Thanks so much! I didn’t know this. Maybe they can play around with the order to get that extra connection bonus. But, as you said, a tenth may not make it worth adding if she’s going to get deductions on the additional skill.
