You might get a slight deduction for not being 180 degree split. I think it is a version of a needle and those have to split 180. You are really close though so you may or may not get the deduction.
You should receive a card. I always keep her card with me when we go to meets. She's had her number missing before and needed it before she could compete.

A cast to handstand is not required when getting to the squat on. Just cast and get your feet up. In optionals all casts have to be at handstand if you don't want to take any deductions AT ALL. So if you go kip cast free hip on the low bar the last needs to be vertical to avoid ANY deductions...
