    thank you to everyone who posted such great tips about switching gyms - last night we went to the new gym and dd stayed the entire 3 hr practice - she loved it! she was welcomed by the other gymnasts and i got to chat with several of the parents who all were happy and had been long time members...

    we have been at a gym for two years - my dd7 is now a level 4 and will start competing this coming season - we have until july 1st when our contract goes into effect and our current gym is a disaster from a communication and business stand point - its short staffed and many promises for change...

    str8 arms!!!!

    dd7 who is a level 4 has her backhandspring but every 3rd one or so she bends her arms! its driving her nuts and her coach - she can block - she has her vault and can do pop handstands all without bent arms - why can't she do a backhandspring with st8 arms everytime?! the only time she nails it...
