    Hi my DD is having trouble with her round off backhand spring. The crazy thing is she can do a standing back handspring and a fast cartwheel backhand spring but as soon as she does a round off she freezers. Any suggestions!

    Your are so lucky we are in Queensland and at my daughters old gym she could wear crop tops but at the new gym no crop tops allowed It has been so hot lately. Luckily they can wear tight singlet tops and little shorts, so these have been cooler than a hot leo.

    Yeah junior States is also more prestigious because you need to get a qualifying score at a sanctioned event to be able to compete lv4 and 5 is AA34 or above and lv 6 is AA33.5

    My daughter is 9year old L4 she does does squad swimming, surfing and nippers (surf lifesaving) She constantly on the move not one that is happy to sit still lol!!

    Parents Repeating a level after getting a score of 38?????

    We are in Queensland Australia and at our junior state competition we have mandatory upgrading so if a gymnast level 4-6 gets a score of 37 or above they have to go up to the next level. They have to the start of the next year to start competing at that level.

    When the microwave is broken at the gym...

    I have a thermos keeps hot for 5 hours. So she always eats dinner on way home from gym. However she is usually starving so would eat it anyway lol!

    Yeah she is excited she will be competing first up on Friday in under 9.

    In Qld we still had to meet qualifying score of 34 and compete at your local regional championship to compete at our junior States only lv4-6 compete. My daughter qualified lv 4!

    Most of the comps we've been at everyone bar one or two are using the Cha Cha it's a nice change when the whistle comes on lol!!
