    Comp soon and no routines

    Info: So we have all got our music but our coach just hasn't choreographed them The comp is in 3 weeks We asked the head coach and she said we might have to choreograph our own I am terrible at choreography But once I am taught I am always told how well I do it

    Beam dismount value;which would be better?

    WAG rips

    I got a bad rip on my hand and a comp in a week but I have training 4 times before the comp How can I stop the rip from getting worse before the comp as I rarely get rips and they sting alot for me

    In my team I think we have to wide of a age difference between some girls that it makes things uncomfortable because age varies from 11-16 I was wondering what is the 'normal' age groups in your gym or team? Thank you
