I feel your pain. My advice is to video her. This lets her see her progress and makes it easier for you to not watch. My DD is horrid at dancing. Her team tells her she dances like a robot - lol! She just goes with it. I've learned that if it doesn't bother her, who am I to worry?

I don't know if it is considered a sport but yoga helps and doesn't have the added impact to them.

Thanks! I talked to her coach and it looks like DD will compete Gold this year. She is actually relieved because she was starting to feel too much pressure as a Platinum.

Eeek! My daughter just go moved up from JO 4 to platinum. She competed level 4 last year. So what you are saying is that she needs to score out of JO5 or Xcel Gold first?!?!

I love that our kids are so strong. My daughter wears her Marines shirt she got for pull ups to bed every night. She gets mad when it is in the wash.

I live in a crazy sport town. All sports go this many hours - all year round. In the other sports, they are considered separate seasons but they all have 4 seasons year round with crazy practice hours and weekend tournaments. It is hard to find a sport just for fun.
