What are her goals in the sport? If it's just to have fun are you okay with that? Maybe talk to the gym owners about not having athletes spot her and if there is a day the good spotting coach isn't there ,don't send your daughter?
Have you considered half time enrollment for high school? There are a lot of academic and non academic benefits to in person school. Is it possible to enroll in a school near her gym?
The fact that your daughter is 6 years old and only in the sport for 1 year (including covid) and you know what a CGM is makes me think you're well on your way if you don't back up and let this be her sport.
Oh wow. It sounds like you're one of the parents they now call "lawn mower parents." You're not allowing your daughter to move on from a slightly unfortunate event. My advice: MOVE ON.
Safe Sport is also for other sports, not just gymnastics. Look at the molestation and rape charges in figure skating by partners. Not even coaches. This is probably why gymnasts who are 18 have to be safe sport certified now.

Was it really a 10.0? I wasnt at that session, but noticed some high bars scores in that session especially and when looking the girls didnt normally score that high on bars.
More and more "lacking a back" Leos this year! It is sad to me for the girls who need a bra. They shouldn't be worried about having a supportive bra/coverage and such. It isn't even like those Leo's are super gorgeous either.
What would be the reason given? 3 to 4 is a big jump, and a kid getting 38+ should have enough skill/ability/strength to get the skills for level 5 in 10ish months.
Ok, if it's just a few meets post states, that's different than waiting 9 months to still work level 2 skills. Much different. She better be level 3 in the fall! :)
Looking, they had their first meet in September, so 10 months to clean up and mature for level 3. I think the gymstagram people all know the skills she is working on... It isn't like she is missing skills, she was doing 10+ hours a week and repeating level 2! It isn't even a required level. I...
