I just heard that hopes/elite qualification scores were lowered again? Does anyone have any info?

I wonder if the camps would be open to girls other than the ones already on the developmental team. In a typical year, how many junior elite are there?

It's crazy. Vomiting is not normal. These are kids. They should never be taught that vomiting due to exercise is normal.

Oofos inside are great! I wear them for plantar fasciitis and my daughter did when her severs was acting up.

My oldest daughter quit because of gymnast wrist and danced. She is 15 now and oh what a dancer she is :)

We bought a roll of shower pan liner from home depot and covered the living floor (hard wood), seamed together with vinyl tape. DD has been able to do point. It's worked very well for her.

They posted this on March 30th so they are definitely closed. I guess I'm a little annoyed. I've heard of at least one gym in MA that is also letting girls in to train but it was from someone who knows someone, etc... so who knows for sure.

She lives in WV, so yes, they have stay-at-home and closure orders. I just looked at their facebook page and they are running live classes since the gym is closed with Konnor and sometimes another gymnast demonstrating. They are obviously not hiding it so I assume it's OK per their state...

I've done this for odor that did not come out in the wash - at all. Simply dampen the armpit area with water and sprinkle generously with the meat tenderizer. My husband couldn't figure out why the meat tenderizer was upstairs and kept bringing it down.

My 15 y/o DD is upstairs vacuuming her room (asked to do it - I am in total shock). Her sister is out riding her bike to condition and the 3rd is on her i-pad. 2 out of 3 not bad :)
