    Parents Squat on help

My DD (training Level 4) is all of a sudden having a mental block with her squat on. She won't jump to high bar. Last month, she was practicing it just fine, then stopped. Does anyone have any advice to get her over this obstacle? I am thinking maybe a private lesson???

    WAG x-brace durability

We have a pair but they barely get use, since my DD complains they slip off her feet. She has a pair of Cheetah heels she wears for practice.

Parents Well - we did it - we switched..

That is great news! Our (new) gym was just talking about how they are just as concerned with broken spirits as they are broken bodies. I knew then, we had made the right choice. Wishing your DD all the luck in the world!

That is a tough situation. I would definitely voice my concerns with coaches and owners.

WAG Region 8 New Compulsory Schedule

I'm just curious, with the change in Compulsory season, how will Level 4 and 5 compete after States in December? Do you continue to compete the same level after competing at States? Or do you just end meet season?

    WAG Level 5 Bars Requirements

We are in SC also. Remember compulsory season starts a bit sooner this year, so skills will be needed sooner too. Good luck on your move and Beaufort is a beautiful town!

I could see that routine being performed today. She had such precision and grace. I loved the wolf turn to split!

    Parents Dreaded Rope Climb

My DD has a tough time also. She is training Level 4. Even though, she is quite strong, I think it is a coordination issue. Knowing which part of the body to use at which times.

    WAG New conditioning exercises

My DD's gym does obstacle courses once a week to change it up.

WAG From bronze to level 4

Well, it's been a crazy month or so. My DD is now training Level 4 at a new gym. And is absolutely loving the challenge of new skills. She is learning so much and getting stronger everyday. However, going from 6 hours a week to 14 was a HUGE adjustment.

Parents Training groups by skill or level?

I see this in our homeschooling practices. All Level girls work together on one event, just working different skills
