    I wouldn’t let her go on the trampoline at all, it seems like a huge liability issue. There can always be a freak accident. Can you ask her doctor what she is allowed to do?

    Let her coaches deal with it. Your daughter is probably frustrated as it is. You pushing her and offering her (well meant) advice is not the right thing in this situation. I know you want to help but helping is not useful in this case. Good luck to your DD!

    The repeating is true. To go from old level 4 to new level 4 while moving up a level, old level 4 must have been equal to new level 3. If it was the other way around, you would have gotten kids skipping levels (old 4 moving up to new 6)

    Welcome! Best is of course to ask a coach for corrections, but if you have no access to a coach (which is common in adults), your best bet is to ask in either the WAG or MAG forum (depending on wether you are female or male). Make sure you stay safe in a gym though!
