    Again, Thank you. I totally chilled out and stopped over thinking. I explained my concerns to my coach. Anyway long stort, yesterday evening i did a BHS on the trampoline with a mat, by myself. So so made up. Still so much to work on but not gonna Rush and over think.

    Wow. Thanks. This is really what i needed to hear. Its the only skill ive been working on, and i think youre right i need to give some thing else a go. Maybe ill do a one set of flicks each session then do other stuff. Feels like a great plan. Thanks for responding!

    Brilliant Thank you. This is great advice. I had the instinct that her joining another club wouldnt be best. She also loves to dance so we Will look into that. Also great to hear that one class a week is fine. Cost Wise, thats music to my ears :)

    My daughter age 4 has just gone from the pre school class to her first proper gym session. She is at a well known club and has 1 lesson per week, 1 hour long. From what im reading this isnt enough time if she eventually decides to take this seriously, and i wonder at what point is it the time...
