Im a 16 year old level 4 (and even thats a stretch):eek:. I started about a year ago, and had to take like 5 months off since i started for surgery (WHOOHH) :p
I love it though and even though im HORRIBLE, I never even considered quitting.

So currently, I go to gym once a week for 1.5 hours. (Twice a week if Im lucky) Since its an open gym style "class" (there's a coach but its not structured) I find my self running from apparatus, to apparatus, and skill to skill, trying to work on everything. But that hasnt been...
Well I agree and disagree
I know that my post really helped me with my diet, because I was getting the majority of my calories from starch and didnt know what to snack on besides that (and fresh fruit is often very inconvenient)
Now MUCH less of my food comes from pasta, rice, bread, etc...
Geeze, thats rough!
You can try to get most of your morning routine (shower, pick out clothes, iron, etc) done at night, so all you have to do is the basics to get out of the house.
Also just try to manage your time REALLY efficiently, so you can get to bed early.
