missed a meet due to being sick? my oldest dd has the stomach bug and to be honest Ido not think she will be well enough by Sat to go. younger dd will be going (as long as she doesnot get sick) my poor kid has looked forward to this meet for a year now

do your kids wear there hair up or down for team and individual pictures? my girls have there pics on Sat and to me it feels strange for hair down in them since they do not have it down when they are comepeteing or practicing. any ideas? (but if its up it looks like they have no hair!_

We have started making oldest dd do some extra stuff at home (stuff her coach gave her to do when she was working on her bhs) I think it has helped but more important has lessened her injuries since she is def stronger (she is the kid who gets hurt easy )
