So I have two gymnasts that just don't arch in their BHS. I have done the sit jump back to a tight arch on their back onto a porta pit and cheese mat folded up. I have used the resilite rolls and in both of those drills they arch nicely. It's just when we bring them to the cheese mat they jump...
So this doesn't really fit in the Skills and Drills which is why I am putting it here. :) Does anyone know the full 6 stages of the Miller V-Ups? I know there is regular and straddle, but for the past few days I cannot remember the rest. lol Any help would be appreciated?

I was a former Gymnast about 5ish years ago and would LOVE to get back into it! Does anyone know any place in MN that has an adult program? I'm looking more for a place I can practice some skills and still participate in the sport that I love. Any info would be appreciated. :)
