    Swan dive or front tuck?

    Hi! I was wondering what you think would look better in a floor routine, a swan dive cartwheel, or a front tuck dive roll? Both are pretty clean.I am a prep op intermediate ( close to level 5/6) and need a connected front acro series. Thanks!:)

    rips!!!!!

    help me! today in practice i got 2 rips (one on each hand) and i have a meet next weekend); what is the best way to get rid of them fast?? will they be better by then on their own? i know this has been asked before but i don't want to dig uo the old posts
