I'm an adult gymnast, recently diagnosed with a compression fracture in my vertabrae. I am out of gymnastics for 2-3 months. The doctor didn't feel it was serious enough to wear a brace, just restrict activity. I was just wondering if anyone has had this and how you did afterwards.

I am wondering which do you guys like the best? For those of you who have competed. I definitely find practice more fun, and like it more. I like to have the chance to try something over if I make a mistake...and I like throwing new skills into pits and whatnot, which you cannot do at competition.
