    My DD who's 6 y.o. says she wants to quit gymnastics. Why? The coaches are mean and she doesn't like sweating. I don't think the coaches are really mean, more like tough., and the sweating part.. well I don't know anyone who really likes sweating. I think the real problem is up until now...

    skipping compulsaries for optionals

    My daughter is almost 6 years old and has been training for Level 4. Her coach would like her not to compete Level 4 at all. To keep training another whole year for level 5 and then level 6 to only compete at a meet once each level to test out of Compulsaries then start Optionals at Level 7...

    TOPs Under 7 years old?

    Has anyone ever heard of gymnasts under the age of 7 doing the TOPs program? I understand they can not test but are they allowed to train at 5 years old? What is Baby TOPs? Is it for gymnasts not on a team or for gymnast under the age of 7 years old or for both?

    MRSA, Help!

    want more hours

    which way is the best to get more hours in at the gym when you are at a preteam level? open gym (not expensive but no formal instruction) recreational class (average expense class size 8 students) private lesson (very expensive but coach focues on 1 student)
