I've been reading some threads about bridges and how they're not recommended for preschoolers ... I don't want to get into that discussion here, but it got me thinking about limbers.
In Australia, the level 2s have to do a limber in their floor routine, and it's pretty much the hardest part...
DD came home from training last night - where she stuck a cartwheel on the high beam without a spot!! :D
I didn't even think she could do that on the low beam yet!!

Just wondering how many competitions you have in a year?
DD has only 2 or 3, the third one being a qualifier for another one after that, and then that one being a qualifier for state championships.
So minimum 2 or 3, potentially 4 or 5.

My DD (who's almost 9) has been doing gymnastics for 3.5 years and is in level 2 ... although I'm not sure if our level 2 is the same as level 2 in the US?
