Ok, so almost everytime I go to bars I get a rip and my old ones just get more irritated. I don't know why my hands rip so much. So, I need some things I can do to heal them and prevent them. Thank you!
p.s. I do use grip. Even with grips, I rip.
Ok so I just got new grips and the finger holes are too small. It said to use sandpaper and I did. It took me 2 hours to do 1 hole. Does anyone know any other ways of doing this without hurting the grips? Thanks!
OK guys. I'm now training level 5 completely since the seasons over. I have everything and everything is consistent but its just my tap swings. EVERY time I do them I peel. EVERY TIME! So now my coach only has me do them on the pit bar. She said I might stay back for that and that's crazy...
I've had my kip for a while now. My form is really good and all around my kip is nice. The only problem is I have bent arms. I'm going to compete level 5 soon and I want straight arms so i can go right into the front hip circle. Does anyone have any tips or drills? Thanks!

I've been having pain along the bone in both my shins and I asked my coach what it was and she said a shin splint. What are they and what can you do to help the pain b/c it's affecting my floor. Doing punch fronts and ro bhs btucks are torture. Please help!
In a compulsory, whats the deduction if you do a squat on, then do a roundy-round instead of falling? And what's the deduction in an optional? Oh, and whats the deduction if you put your feet on the outside of your hands instead of the inside?:confused:
I just had a meet yesterday and my bar routine was great up to my leg cut. My leg cut is horrible. My legs a severly bent and I just barely get my foot over the bar and it normally hits the bar slightly anyway. Does anyone have any tips, drill, conditioning, for leg cuts? I really need help!:eek:
