Thanks guys. I went to gym yesterday and I stretched out my back and stomach the practice before and it practically didn't hurt at all. I am all clear for states
(Just so you know it didn't heal that quickly it has been going for a while) and practices have been great thanks again!
I have pulled a muscle in my stomach and hurts when I practice it has got a little better compared to last week. Does anyone have any suggestions to make it feel better because I have states this weekend and don't want to miss it or be in pain during it! Thanks :)
I have never gotten lower than a B- on a report card. I am in middle school so GPA doesn't really stand out but I have a 4.0 GPA. I have always gotten honor roll.

Yes as said above you will have to work really hard. I wasn't out fi that long bt it was a few weeks. I had to stretch like crazy ( if you check my post I'm obviosly crazy about getting my splits) and I also conditioned at home. My friends call me crazy cuz I enjoy pushups. I did non stop...
What do you think is the right age range for tops?I want to join because it would help a lot but do you think i would be to old? (I dont like to give out info but i am 13-15 yrs old) :)

Great job at meets! I have not been doing nearly as good. No scores higher than 9.3 but our team has been doing good (top 3 every meet!)

Hi, I want to go to International Gymnastics Camp this summer but is really expensive I am already selling candybars and have done extra chores. Does anyone have any ideas to raise $$$.
I should add that we need $1800 and we have about $500.

Hey I would like to thank anybody who have me any split stretches because I got my splits down!!! Thanks everybody! I have another question though. I want to become a level five is there any tips for skills that I really need to get? Such as Kip... I got my FHS and my cartwheel on beam thanks...

Yesterday before I got your post I was working my oversplits between a couch and a footrest thing and they are so much better I will keep working!!! Thanks!
My splits are driving me crazy beacuse they are so close. All I need is the part where my hips are. Don't get me wrong I do really need these splits but I am not expecting them to come overnight
does anyone know any good hip and leg stretches besides oversplits and lunges because I do those...
