    Pulled stomach muscle … ouch!!!

    I have pulled a muscle in my stomach and hurts when I practice it has got a little better compared to last week. Does anyone have any suggestions to make it feel better because I have states this weekend and don't want to miss it or be in pain during it! Thanks :)

    Hi, I want to go to International Gymnastics Camp this summer but is really expensive I am already selling candybars and have done extra chores. Does anyone have any ideas to raise $$$. I should add that we need $1800 and we have about $500. Thanks! :p

I want to become a level five is there any tips for skills that I really need to get? Such as Kip... I got my FHS and my cartwheel on beam thanks...

    Driving me crazy!!!!!!

    My splits are driving me crazy beacuse they are so close. All I need is the part where my hips are. Don't get me wrong I do really need these splits but I am not expecting them to come overnight does anyone know any good hip and leg stretches besides oversplits and lunges because I do those...

    Hips and Legs

    I have really inflexible hips and legs, so I am HORRIBLE at splits. I am a level 4 but I really need my splits. Does anyone have any stretching ideas to do or any vidios that you could give me a link to, please help!!! I am willing to try anything and will post if it helps thanks!
