    It would seem to be a good idea to re-draw regions every quad or every 8 years, just like they do in politics after the census. But maybe loyalty to the Region you're in has something to do with it, and states don't want to change regions? Region 8 had 284 level 10s competing at Regionals.

    It's never the average of both vaults, it's the best one. The judges' 2 scores are averaged, but not the 2 vault scores together. Not AAU, USAG, or NGA.

    I’m confused by your question. There’s no bonus in Xcel. They dont earn points by doing a higher skill. In many cases it is detrimental to their score. Can you elaborate on what you’re asking?
