I competed at level 8 state with a double stress fracture in my back. At the time I thought it was a pulled hip flexor because that's where it was hurting. A couple of weeks after state I found out that it was a stress fracture in my back lol. Nice huh? haha:p

Try looking on itunes or anything like it for soundtracks from movies. There are so many soundtracks out there with no vocals. :D

I am a fairly new member and I am noticing that under each persons name they have something that says either level 1, level 2, gymnast, coach ect. I'm a gymnast and I would like mine to say gymnast instead of level 1. How do I change this?

It's been really hot in our gym lately so our coach let us roll our leos down to our waist and wear sports bras with a tank top over. That way your not showing to much skin but it keeps you much cooler than a leo. So maybe talk to your coach about letting you do that and trust me its worth it. =]
