Hi all,

I haven't been around much lately, but I'd love your input now. At the end of the year, I'll move to Boston for half a year, and I'd like to do some gymnastics while I'm there. So I'd love to hear if you have any recommendations on which gyms to try as a visiting student.

I've retired competitive gymnastics 4 years ago and I'm not looking to compete. However, I'd like to do gymnastics once per week and keep my skills. I'm not too familiar with the American system but I'd say I have some level 6/7 skills (giants and clear hip on bars, BHS on beam, RO-BHS-twists and FHS-twists to soft landings).

Thank you in advance.

I understand your concern, If you want to keep your gymnastic skills alive then trampoline is something which you can consider. Basically a traditional gym will help you to build strength and flexibility but as you say you just want to do it once or twice a week then Gymnastic trampoline is the best option for you . In this way it becomes easier for you to find your center of balance quickly.
