Parents age to compete

What is the age requirement to compete?? I've heard 6 and 7. My dd will turn 6 the end of this month and should be on the level 4 team by fall.

laurameer, for the USAG JO program these are the minimum age requirements.

level 1 & 2 - 4 yrs
level 3 - 5 yrs
level 4 - 6 yrs
level 5 - 7 yrs
level 6 - 7 yrs
level 7 - 7 yrs
level 8 - 8 yrs
level 9 - 8 yrs
level 10 - 9 yrs
