I've heard she's back in the gym for a while, but this is the first thing of substance I've seen from her. I really want her to be back in competition to the level she was before if that's possible, but she still has a ways to go.

Aly has been back in the gym for a while now after taking a little more than a year off. I believe she is hoping to be back in competition in 2015. We shall see. Personally, I would love to see her compete again, but come backs are hard and there are some really talented gymnasts out there now.
