Anatomy problems on horizontal bar

This is very much a guy-question - but whenever I practice hip circles on the horizontal bar I have a big problem of getting my family jewells crunched on the way over.

Are there any guys here that know how to avoid this?

work clear hips. exactly why i hated hip circles and stride circles.

if your shoulders are shrugged, it will become the oft named " nutcracker "

if your shoulders are pushed down, the bar will be on your hips.
