Parents awesome level 8 meet report

DD had a great meet yesterday. Last one of the regular season, we are now preparing for state in a couple of weeks. So, here's how it went down...

Up first on vault... first pike yurchenko great, small step on landing. Second one, not as good. Score 8.975, second place tie.

Bars, just a good, clean, solid routine. 8.825, first place.

Beam, great, solid..9.1! third place.

Floor, great..9.050, fourth place.

AA 35.95 good for third place.
Afterward we had dinner at a mexican restaurant next to the gym, where alot of gymnasts were meeting. Lots of fun, congratulating the other teams , then we went back to the gym to watch our level 7's. Long day, and a three hour drive, but lots of fun! And a joy to see the smile on our daughter's face!
Added bonus, she won a raffle. A big basket FULL of a variety of make-up items. Perfect for any 16 year old!
