Back hip circle help!?

It takes time! Don't throw your head back, think chin being tucked to your chest. Good cast, tight body.. Don't lean back until right when your hips come back to the bar. Then think about trying to catch up to your feet.. Up and over. ....

But I'm just a parent and these are the things that helped my daughter. A coach can help you much better!

Don't give up, though, you'll get it. My daughter thought she would never stop dropping her hips, etc.... Until one day she did.
 
DD had a great coach that spotted her and made sure that she didn't bend her arms, throw her head back...ect. He went through it slowly with her until she got the hang of it and then let her do it by herself. Sorry if this wasn't much help but definitely ask a coach for some tips!
