Back Kickover

Do a bridge with your feet up on a mat or couch (at home) and your hands on the floor, then kick over. The extra height from the mat will make it easier to get your shoulders over your hands and your legs over.

Make sure your shoulders are over your hands. You want your weight to be mostly on your hands, not on your feet.

Stretch your bridges at home to make sure you are flexible enough.

To get your shoulders more limber for the kickover, lay down with your head by a wall. Bridge up and try to push your shoulders as close to the wall as you can.
