I have had my roundoff back handspring back tuck for about a year and a half now and have never been freaked out (about any gymnastics really). Last Thursday I bailed and fell on my back, but didn't hurt myself. After I fell, I did it again to make sure I wouldn't lose it. I didn't do it again until Wednesday and I only did it once.
The next day (today) at practice, I did about a billion roundoff backhandsprings, but could never flip. I don't know if this is going to be a mental block, but I need help. I'm not sure if it's the coach I have on Thursdays (let's just say she's not really my favorite), or if it's just being in the gym on Thursday's again or what's going on. Help?

Work though the progressions again. Start with ro double bhs, work your way up from there. Have someone spot you. And most important, DON'T do it of you don't feel confident about it. Your self confidence Will only go down from that, even if don't think it does.
