Here's our usual warmup;

-Releve walks forward
-Releve walks backward
-High kicks
-High kick low kick (standing leg plies, other leg kicks)
-Arabesque hops down the beam
-Swing kicks
-Levers/Needle Kick Walks (whichever you call them)
-Run
-Skip

Then on to skills, routines, etc. :)
