Here is a short video I made to highlight the importance of a Daily Preparation Programme. Programme is seperated into phases to help organisation of areas. I hope you can find something interesting to use in your daily training. Enjoy!

Great Video.

Definately be able to use some of these in warm ups and training.

Shoulder stretches and shoulder warm ups are great.

Awesome, I don't do enough of the basic support walks on PH and PB, only as a wrist WU when we hit those.

A lot of the other stuff we do. Some of the girls complain we do a lot of weird stuff in our WU going many places in the gym. They think we're just swinging on the bars in our early WU besides doing 1/2 and 1/1 turns on one arm and hollow-arch taps besides.

I don't also do enough of the presentation stuff but I do like doing a lot of the tumbling basics as our WU so long as the boys or girls I have can do them as something very basic rather than something they are still mastering.
