Parents Distractions

So, this weekend would have been nationals, and prom. THe kiddo would have missed prom for nationals, and while that was hard, the decision to do so had been made. Last night, he most likely would have competed in the JO Region Team competition. HOwever, that was not to be. So, instead, we threw a prom for him and his girlfriend. Lots of fun was had by all!!

My girls had a zoom prom not too long ago. It was a good night for them. Looks like your son had fun! I’m glad!

@skschlag - I've never thought about the girlfriends/boyfriends of gymnasts who miss prom. So nice that you were able to give them a special evening together!
