DD is lacking whatever is needed for a decent scale. She has the flexibility- her leg goes very high when she is holding on to something but can't hold it very long. I know some of the problem is her balance but it also seems like she is lacking something else. Is there anything she can do at home to improve her scale? She stretches all the time and has a great split. Can it be lack of strength in her supporting leg or her lower back...? I have no idea if anyone can give me suggestions I can pass on to her.
