Hi CB!

I have a question about element value parts? Did I say that right? For my routines I need "A" and "B" VP's. (I am doing Xcel) I understand what it means but I was wondering how to know what skills are "A's" and which are "B's" and so on. We haven't started any choreographing yet but i just want to get an idea of what skills i should be focused on for my routines. If there is some type of list of "A" and "B" elements can someone please tell me?

Thanks!

All of the elements are listed in the JO code of points, in a binder your coach should have at the gym. Too many to list here, but approximate rule of thumb is all of the dance and acro elements in the level 3,4,5(and most of the skills in 6) routines are A elements.
Most common B elements you see in Xcel are:
UB-clear hip,cast handstand,giant
Beam-180 split jump,tuck half jump,front walkover,backhand spring,round off
Floor-straddle jump,side leap,switch leap,1 1/2 turn, front pike or layout,back layout half or full

Obviously your coach can give you a more complete list.
