First four piece competition

Dd competed in her first ever 4 piece comp , this was a development competition with 49 girls from other clubs , I have to say I took myself by surprise at how nervous I was watching her on beam and had to look away as dd fell off and got back up had a couple of other falls and I just wanted to hug her haha . How do you control your nerves when your kids are competing ? . Dd was not the least bit concerned she never mentioned it , it was all good as she took the silver medal for bars , I deserve a gold one for sitting through this ordeal

How awesome that he did so well on bars and kept her composure throughout It is hard to watch and have no control. We want a good outcome for them.
