hello everyone!!

can somebody tell me what stretches/drills will help me with this skill ( )?
i mean exercises which will help me to push my body high and forward like the guy in the video or ...Drills for keeping my legs fully open??

...i already know the technique but i just can't keep my hips high/legs fully open :(

what should i work on in order to improve this skill?? stretching? middle split? dips? push ups? hspu? l-sit? v-sit? mana? press handstand? straddle planche? reverse plank, side planks?


i'd be very happy if someone give me some advice
