Hello,
My daughter would like to perform gymnastics when she attends college. Will she be able to compete with the skills learned from being on Xcel?

I’ve seen Xcel platinum get scholarships for acro and tumbling. They can also do club gymnastics.

A spot on a D1 Ncaa team will be a long shot. However check out Naigc. Some colleges have teams and they do compete. That might be a fun way to continue gymnastics after high school!

My DD did two years of XCel Diamond and will be continuing in club gymnastics (NAIGC) next fall. She still has some unmet goals in the sport, but more than that, she enjoys gymnastics and isn't ready to stop. More than 1000 athletes attended NAIGC nationals this year.
