Hi everyone. does anyone have a good skill for front walk overs on a cheese.:)

Preferably a firm and not very tall wedge. Sometimes I use a panel mat or a panel mat in half.

I sometimes have my girls kick to a handstand from the bottom of the mat & practice getting from the handstand over to the bridge. Once they can do that & hold themselves in that bridge position for at least 10 counts, I let them start kicking over. Once that is easy, they start tick-tocks in the same direction on the mat. When they accomplish all of that, we usually move them to front walkovers over an octagon & with a spot on floor. Good luck!
