I invented the "Car Wash" this past week when we had our open gym. I saw a Theraband hanging over a beam and a light went off in my head!

Great ideas, thanks! I liked the other videos and ideas on the blog too. Maybe make another thread in the coach's forum because you had stuff in there for team level too and people who coach level 4/5 might not read a thread about log rolls.
